Shipping outside the United States: If you would like to ship an item outside the U.S., please send us an email at customerservice@thejessebcollection.com telling us your ship to and bill to information as well as the items you are ordering and we will get back to you with an amended shipping cost for international shipping.
Returns: To make a return, email customerservice@thejessebcollection.com Include an order number, a list of the item(s) that you are requesting to return and the reason for return. We will reply with a Return Authorization #. Unused, or defective merchandise may be returned. We must receive the returned package within 30 days for it to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is eligible, we will refund your credit card or give you “store credit” for other items of your choice.
